Almost had an Interview today
When opportunity knocks, maybe I should answer. As far as my opportunities, I have 2 current ones that take me out of counting money and into more computer based jobs. The third unofficial opportunity involves promoting a current cage supervisor leaving that position open. Although my current record may not be favorable for promotions in Casino Finance for a while, a small problem in telling my superiors "No," from time to time.
Well, I had one interview at work today for one of the 2 openings, but they called just as I finish straightening my tie to reschedule. So I am now nice and clean, and nothing to do.
Although when I was ironing my good shirts and pants, something came to my mind that was weird, voodoo ironing board. For those who know what a voodoo doll it, there should be no need for explanation for the voodoo ironing board. All you need to do is have some of the victim's clothes.
Now I imagined this ironing board and thought of applying it to one of our free-time projects of a web comic. But my mind did not stop there. I even imagined the voodoo ironing board as an item for D&D. It would not cause major damage, just require a fortitude or willpower save for every action done to the clothes on the board. The counter to the item would be proximity limits, area the clothes cover, and physically knocking the clothes off the board.
