Kanye's crazy as hell!
I dunno if y'all saw the VMAs last night, but it was a doosie...sort of. The most entertaining part of the whole fucking night was Kanye and his antics. This motherfucker literally ripped the mic out of Taylor Swift's hand as she accepted the Best Female Video award, bitching about how Beyoncé deserved the award over her. What an ass right?? Gosh, he embarrassed the hell out of himself, Beyoncé and every other black celebrity in this country.
It's not like Kanye's never done this before. But come the fuck on! It's still rude as hell to rip a mic out of a girl's hands. Honestly, I felt the same way as Kanye did; there's no way in hell Taylor fucking Swift should'a beat out Britney Spears, Pink and Beyoncé. In fact, "Single Ladies" was the most feminine video in the category!
But does that give you an excuse to be rude? No! Now, Kanye was sippin' a little Henny on the red carpet and that may have had something to do with it. But he still made himself look like a damn fool and there was no excuse for it. You talk about Plaxico Burress and Chris Brown making black men look bad and being improper role models for our young people, Kanye just put himself in that category too! I dunno if it was just a stunt or what. I just know it was pretty damn rude of his ass.
I completely understand where he's coming from though, because the VMAs and MTV period have gone to shit now. Real musical talent has taken a backseat to commercialism and controversy -- the shit that makes the most money. I've been listening to my *NSYNC records today and I dunno why the hell I did that shit the day after VMA 2009.
It's kinda sad to see where the VMAs were 10 years ago. *NSYNC may have been choreographed and molded, but at least their asses had some talent. They could sing their asses off and dance...at the same time! That's not easy to do. I hereby admit that even Miss Britney Spears had a little talent; she definitely had some moves.
What was funny was Beyoncé inviting Taylor on stage to finish her acceptance speech. It was noble and all, but come on now. Obviously Beyoncé isn't as vain as I am; I would'a been like, your moment got ruined honey, boo boo for you. Too bad, try again at the Grammy's or some shit, haha. I mean, it was quite nice of her but at the same time I'm sure she was still pissed that Taylor took home Best Female Video over her. Why the hell would you try to help her out when you lost to her??
