It's been 4 days and I've lost 4lbs.
I have been eating regular food(granted my regular food is lean meats,fish, healthy fats, greek yogurt nuts, salads, and while grains) with the addition of extra Veggies. Making sure I eat vegetables first, and making sure I stop eating when I'm full.
I eat with a glass of water or unsweetened tea - take a bite, put the fork down take a sip.
I leave at least two bites on the plate.
Today I had dessert:
1/2 cup Greek non fat yogurt mixed with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 2 tspn honey, topped with 1/2 cup raspberries, and sprinkled with 1 tbsn crushed almonds - Yummy.
Next time will add brandy and instant coffee.
