I have made it through another night, wide awake, without even the slightest bit of a threat of waking up. I mean, falling asleep. Okay, yes, the lack of sleep is getting to me. Fine.
HOWEVER
I am about to spend a day sleeping in the car on our way to Florida, so it's all gravy. Is that a hip phrase still? Is hip still hip?
We're taking Ned down to Florida to live with Harwood (his daddy, my brother). The more I think about it, the more I cry, so let's not do this right now, because crying might make me fall asleep.
We should be leaving in an hour, so why isn't my family up and at 'em?
