1. My work is doing the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk on Sunday, October 14.
2. The Alzheimer's Association is a bunch of cheap bastards and will only give you a t-shirt if you raise fifty bucks.

I had done an Alzheimer's walk before; it wasn't too bad. That was before I found out that my mother's aunt had the disease.

MY great grandmother. My mother had never heard her cuss, until the day she called her a fucking bitch.

We had moved back to the east coast (PA) from Washington state after her husband died. for a couple months, we took care of her. Then she had to go into the home. And some how it just got worse.

. . . There is a high chance, all things considered, of me ending up with Alzheimer's or some form of dementia. um. yeah.
