I'm not really against another season of American Idol. Hell, it's a very high-ranking show for Fox. What continues to surprise me is that people are not only still trying out for it, but still get extremely excited when they make it to the finals. Let's be honest here, Kelly Clarkson is and will be the only American Idol to ever become

I don't even watch the show though... lol

That's the thing, I rarely if ever watch it either. I do however, see plenty of advertisements. That in itself is enough to write a rant in my belief.

Sooner or later, they're going to run out of bad singers, too. This is what's weird to me. After 3 seasons, if you haven't tried out for American Idol yet, why suddenly do it now?
