Somebody is spamming the comments of my old entries. Exactly what I DO NOT NEED today. You know, I just read a book where the Internet had evolved consciousness, and it announced its existence to the world by getting rid of all spam. Now would be a good time for that, you hear me, Internet?

Connecting to Facebook and Twitter: NOT A GOOD IDEA.

In case they don't fix it, I would like to ask you, please, not to cross-post comments you make to any of my posts, in this journal or any other, to Facebook or Twitter. I have some RL people on both Facebook and Twitter who DO NOT need to see what I do on LJ.

It's nothing compared to Twitter. NOTHING. I swore I wasn't ever gonna get a twitter, and now I'm like addicted or something. And it does not help that I can access it from my iTouch pretty much all the time. (Apart from at truly inconsiderate restaurants and shops that don't have free wifi.)

The linkjack code is back. Read antumbral's explanation of what they did and why it's a security risk for your computer and online accounts here. Then go to the Admin Console and copy/paste this line into the box:

Then hit "execute".
