Do I believe in monogamy?  I guess I'm more of a believer in serial monogamy.  While people are together, I guess I'd prefer they not secretly sleep around - if it's open and mutually agreed to expand the relationship to other partners, I don't particularly have a problem with that - but overall, I'm more of a one at a time person.  :-)
