I got to go home on Friday, I stayed for about twenty-four hours. It was sort of weird going home because some stuff has changed. There is no longer a peach tree in out front yard (sniffle), there are new cushions on the chairs, we have a freakingcablemodem, and we decided it was Heat Day, even though October 15th has long passed.
Thursday is Otelia Cromwell Day. I wonder what this means for me. I have to go to class anyway. But it is just afternoon classes that are cancelled anyway, right? And I should really plan some stuff. I need to set up something to provoke thoughts on racial identity. Hmmm.
Last night, it was 2 AM twice. I saw both. Nancy and I sat up talking about law school for a long long time.
It's a secret, that no one tells.
One day it's heaven one day it's hell.
And it's no fairy tale, take it from me.
That's the way it's supposed to be.
I think there are more nice people around than I have time to notice.
