1.) I believe you have a lot of talent. The work I have seen from you is amazing by almost any standard. Even your speech is art. You are pretty damn funny and sometimes I cannot tell when you are telling the truth. I know that a few years down the road, I will be proud to say, "Hey, I know that guy!"

2.) I haven't seen you in a while and I do not think you post in your LJ anymore. I like the fact that you are proud of your heritage even though many people in this country label you as a "terrorist". I know that you will do well in Law School. But reconsider the ACLU thing. Just sayin'. :-)
3.) I like the fact that you are proud of not only your heritage, but you are even more proud of your family. You may not have found yourself yet, but you seem to be coming into your own. Some people crash and burn when they get off track, but you stepped back and collected yourself. You will succeed.
4.) You get to know people before you make up your mind about them. In the time that I've known you, you have questioned more about yourself than others. This is normal. You will be fine, just keep believing in what you believe and you'll be fine. Thanks for being there. :-D
5.) I enjoy reading your posts. You travel to a world that is foreign to many Westerners. I admire the interest you have for the history of this part of the world. I have not met many people who have the curiosity and mindset you have since I moved to Florida. I hope you achieve all that you wish to achieve, no matter what hemisphere you choose to live and teach. I will read about you, someday.
6.) You work on a boat. k. You work your ass off, which I admire. You have also been planning your future. You may not realize this, but the fact that you have changed majors a few time means that you often consider the world around you and how you want to fit into this world. You will find your calling and I truely believe that you will excel.
