Excitement!
Ok so a lot of my friends are this weekend doing something cool and going to see Bill Bailey! I'm sure there is a lot of excitement there too! Sadly my excitement comes from the fact that I've booked tickets for myself and my mum (she's 50 next March so this is her birthday present) to go and see... wait for it...
John Barrowman in concert! How sad am I! :-) I am very excited though, as you can take from the prolific use of the word excitement.
I'm also very much looking forward to seeing people here on 8th December and then more people on 15th! I've done most of my xmas shopping, hoping to get it finished this weekend. My sister is also back from her month on safari in South Africa and I will be seeing her on Sunday. She is also going back to America for Xmas and New year lucky thing.
My job is still only ok - I had such high hopes for qualification and I've ended up struggling which sometimes makes me think about the six years work I've put into it but I'm still going at the moment.
Trying to watch Tudors at the moment... not sure if I enjoy it or not... I think I do. Its one of those programmes that sort of ebbs and flows to be honest. Sometimes very good, sometimes completely dull! I am loving Heroes though... makes the mid week worth waiting for!
Anyway, I must stop rattling on - for those off to see Bill or who have seen him enjoy, I hope you have fun! And the same goes to those at Lex's for roleplay this weekend! :-)
Edit: because I got my mum's birthday month wrong, we're going in April to see John.
