The first annual joint DA-Chief of D's Halloween party will be held on Friday, October 27th from 8pm-12am at the Manhattan Civic Center. You are all invited to attend. Each person will be given two tickets. Costumes are required for entrance. Donations will be taken for the Fallen Officer's Fund.
