Detectives,
First let me say that I am very sorry for your loss. We will get the person or persons who did this. At your disposal is Judge Jamie Ross, who has volunteered to be on call for the duration of your investigation. Should you need warrants or any other legal documents from her, day or night, she is available. I understand you're working with the SVU detectives on your case. I am removing them from investigating the Broadway murders. Instead, due to the circumstances surrounding Det. Baer's death, I am giving that to the SVU detectives to handle solely. You will keep pursuing the Broadway case. In addition, to help you with your investigation, I am bringing in Det. Andy Eckerson, for a pair of fresh eyes. You can meet him when he reports in.
