So the products of the event remain.
[Apparently it's not an accidental post this time, as though Kurotsuchi is at work in his lab, he's addressing the PCD directly. And there's a sheep on the operating table. If it weren't for the scraps of multi-colored wool still stuck to its body, it'd look like any normal sheep.
If any normal sheep had tendencies to be strapped down, carved open, tubes running through exposed muscle and skin. Fluid moves sluggishly through them, and on the counters around the scientist, indistinct shapes are suspended in irregular containers. Kurotsuchi moves around the table, adjusting things as he speaks.]
A city is an inefficient place to raise things. One of the problems with keeping herbivores here is the lack of fielded areas. The land is still more suitable to herding, than say, major agriculture, but considering that animal protein is much easier to find-
[At that, he does glance towards the screen. On the table, one of the sheep's legs kicks. Apparently it's still alive.]
They'd be much better if they were carnivores, wouldn't they?
Nemu.
[Yes, he's using the PCD to communicate with her, instead of bothering to find her directly. If she can't hear him, he'll blame her for it anyway, because that totally makes sense.]
Start preparing the next one.
