(no subject)
So I've been trying to figure out what's going on with my life. had been hoping to go do the yearlong in Wisconsin that Marcus is finishing up, but, recently i emailed Tamarack (the guy in charge) at Teaching Drum and told him I wouldn't have enough money for tuition for the yearlong program. and he responded saying that they'd send me some info on how to get some more money for doing it.
one of the few ideas (which i believe marcus may have mentioned before to me)was sending a letter to family and friends explaining what i wish to do, and requesting any donation/sponsorship for the program.
while i think that there is a possibility that it might work for me, to maybe send a letter to my rich relatives in New Jersey and a few other places, I feel kinda weird about doing so. kinda like 'hey, i dont really talk to you often, but i'm writing you now because i want some money, and my first try at grandma didnt work.' that feels weird to me. i'm not sure whether it's just something i need to get over or not.

if not teaching drum this year, hopefully visiting twin oaks with marcus in late april.
btw. i got the most amazing hat EVER from kittery trading post. its a shearling bomber hat. as shawna said, 'its pimp.' hah. and brett said she'd wear it year round. so warm. and i look so cute. hehe...
