I love how she starts the show such a damaged person. She doesn't want to leave her cubicle, she doesn't want to fight, she doesn't want to take responsibility; she just wants everything and everyone to go away.

But she does go out, and she does fight, and she becomes the (intimidating) Team Mom. It takes so much strength to take all of these steps, one by one, in such a short time. I admire her for that.
