Guys... I had a hard hit today of missing VC and Louis/Lestat.

Hot damn you all. I miss writing. Especially Drabbles.

Does anyone know the poem that begins with "children in the woods play wild, secret games"? I googled it, only to find out that no one really seems to know. Some say it is from James Merrill's "Winter's Bone: Poems of Landscape," but I can't find those online at all or even which collection they'd be in.

Surgery went well. Thanks so much for all the thoughts and prayers. The nerve was apparently completely severed! Things are still numb, so I don't need the vicodin yet, but I can feel little twinges beginning.
