this morning was of the best kind- akif and i could not gossip anymore. pomegranate izzes are overrated, but our speaking german is definitely not. we will be coffeehouse friends until we die.

yesterday, in honor of katie johnson, i went to target and left over $65 poorer. even cheap sandals can add up when you buy half the rack. another lesson- don't buy gold sandals because you will be forced to also buy gold-colored jewelry to match. i mean- you've gotta!
