that is kind of what i did today too-- i laughed/smiled for little or no reason to myself and felt better --though i think i made a few unsuspecting people uneasy

OH MAN! I LOVE THAT WORD! yay - i think i shall integrate it into my daily vocabulary. do you think it will show up on the wyse english test? maybe i should send it to webster...or, whoever writes the dictionary, that is. anyway - it IS true. you do have to choose to be happy. but it's not easy when you've been sad for awhile. it's like breaking a bad habit. it takes practice, will power, and patience. trust me - i've been working on it too. and when you feel sad, try to think of alllllll the amazing uber cool ppl who love you dearly ... LIKE ME! :-D hugs and kisses, feel better soon

laughing/smiling/making yourself be happy is a great way to start. Soon enough you will no longer have to remind yourself to be happy/smile/ laugh. It will come naturally, like the way it used to. Whatever it is causing you this hard time, i hope it gets better soon. Smile for me dear! <3

haha, oh man, if you only knew, you would seriously laugh so hard. then again, maybe you would just cry. and empathize more than you realize now.
