Let's keep things vague

Because of the nature of the business, my employer has multiple workplaces.  Previously, I was working in two of those, and now I'm working in 3.  The first two are under the same director, so there's no real problem there.  The third is partially separate, but they needed another body, and I needed hours, so my supervisor recommended me.  And that's great.  What's even more great is that everybody loves me.  But now that's a problem because they're literally fighting over me.  I have 16 hours of over time this week, and I'd have a lot more if people had their way.

And I'm so over it.  My supervisor (who was wonderful) quit last week--he put in his 2 weeks notice and was told that wasn't necessary, he could leave immediately.  The new bosses are throwing people under the bus right and left, trying to change things that weren't broken (without addressing any of the very real problems).  It's a sinking ship and I'm glad I'll be leaving soon.  Since my supervisor left, suddenly there aren't enough people to cover all of the shifts, which shouldn't even be an issue because we're low on participants.  We had no problems with coverage a few weeks ago when we were full and folks were taking vacations left and right for the holidays.  So how is it that when we had high need and few available staff, we had no problems covering all the shifts, but now that we have low need and lots of available staff, suddenly there's nobody to work?  It doesn't even make sense.

I having some other problems (like, "should I report that?" kind of problems) that I don't feel comfortable discussing here.  I don't want to get people in trouble, because I think they're good workers.  But I also think that there are some things that aren't being handled right.

But in general, I just have this sense of something foul and toxic in the air at work, and I want out.  I know how things are supposed to be, and this isn't it.
