I just learned that Majel Barret Roddenberry has died. How sad.
I have been wanting to share this video and I'm not sure I have done it yet, so here it is. It's better to see it after you have seen what they put into the episode which is basically Dean's arms playing the drums. Sam then comes up to the car and Dean stops. In this clip you can hear the crew laughing.
EDIT: I found this one which is the funniest scenes from the show, with an outtake at the end - the outtake I wanted to show you. The episode is called Yellow Fever and it's season 4 (this season). Dean has contracted a "virus" from the blood in the heart of a corpse, the person of which died as a result of the virus. Sam and Dean work to find out how to get rid of the thing and why it is happening, one of the symptoms of the virus is that people get more afraid of things and more paranoid:
