I havent posted one of these forever, but that doesnt mean I dont still read everyone elses. I have to stay up all night because im trying to un-fuck up my biological clock that refuses to let me go to sleep untill 6 or 7 AM and wake up 3:30-4:30 ish. I have tried knocking myself out with painkillers... sleepy-time tea...nothing fucking works. If I was a normal human being I would gradually change my habits by wakeing up earlyer and earlyer each day and natuarally my bio-clock would adjust and allow me to sleep at less unreasonable times but I cant do that....I dont have time...
I have to have perfect rest for MayhemFest thats on uhhh...Wednesday! You see...the night before Warped Tour by the time my bio-clock would let me sleep I had to get up and make preparations so I preceded to attend a concert from 11 AM to like 9 PM with not even 15 mins of sleep. The result was..uhh..really really shitty. I was so exhausted I felt like I was under the influence of some terrible drug.
Mayhem Festival features several really good bands and ::gasp:: omg....SLIPKNOT
While they are not my first favorite band but the second, I have waited for years to see them perform live. They have a reputation for putting on shows that are absolutely crazy. Not haveing sufficient sleep is unacceptable so I am staying up all night tonight(last night)and going to sleep at a reasonable time tomorrow(tonight). Then the night after that I will proceed to stay up all night and get perfect sleep the night before Mayhem. The only disadvantage is today is probably first time I get to see my best friend in like 2 months and as his first impression he will see my sleep deprived delirious, grouchy, and over-caffeinated twichy sate. fuck.
