Aye, aye! Less than a week from today I shall be residing in room 522 of Mastronardi Hall, CMSV, NYC. After a summer of dealing with some of the more ridiculous and unintelligent forms of humanity, I shall be quite glad to be getting back to school. I still need to pack, and get all of my things together. I also need to purchase text books for three more of my classes, but my computer is being difficult and messing up the website. Instead of fixing it or going to a different computer, though, I'm just sitting here re-reading the Harry Potter series!
Tomorrow night, I am going to be in Allentown to see Rise Against at the Croc Rock. I really am quite excited, for although I haven't listened to them in a while, I have been possessing of these tickets for nearly a month and a half. After the Car Fiasco of two weeks ago, I wasn't sure I would be able to get there. However, my brother came through for me in a spectacular display of faux selflessness, and is using my plight as an excuse to go see the band himself - for were he not driving me to the show, he would not be going. This being said, I am quite gracious for his transport, and am incredibly excited to see the band once again.
Au revoir, mon amis. For all I know, my next correspondence shall be from a desk overlooking the Hudson River!
