There has been a request that I update my LJ. I have not gotten that sort of request since, uh, probably high school. So I'm going to do it.
Work is splendid. Impressing some important people, so I'm getting some more responsibilities. A lot of copywriting! It's exciting and neat and I actually get to use my brain. As for the people, it's getting a lot more comfortable. There isn't anyone I don't like, and there are plenty of people I like a lot. It's no FAU... but it's good. Except the pay. I'm going to be asking about it later this week; I was told at the interview there would be opportunities to make extra $$ by copywriting, and now that I'm copywriting A LOT, I'd like to be paid like not an intern.
Wedding planning is good. Putting a deposit down on our location this weekend! Quite excited about it. Put some pictures up on Flickr that we are going to use on our website. Got the Save-The-Dates!! They are adorable, and I love them. Won't be sending them out for a short while, waiting to get the website in better shape first. Probably also putting down deposit on caterer very soon. To-do list is long but not exactly super time sensitive at this point.
Losing weight is nice. Feel generally better. Enjoy the gym, except when it's packed.
Been seeing Robert significantly more recently. He started coming to trivia... and I hope he comes tonight :(
Empty nest in about 3 weeks! I'm so freakin excited about it. As always, Phil and I are doing wonderfully and getting along perfectly. We are both very excited about having an extra room.
We might also be having a yard sale on the 4th of July weekend. At my moms house, because she has the best location for that kind of thing.
My gay boyfriend is in WPB for the summer. This excites me more than it probably should. I miss him a lot and I'm really excited that he is going to be a lot closer for a while!
Annnnd... I dunno. I'm spent. These posts get long and ramblyboring. I need to write for my OTHER blog more often. But I don't. MEH! Kbye.
OH ONE MORE THING. For our wedding, we wanted to have this amazing pianist we know come down from Canada... to play for maybe the ceremony, but mostly during dinner so there's some sort of music but people don't feel like they aren't sure if they should get up and dance, etc. Anyway. After a little research, we think we might be able to make it happen :D Listen to his music on ReverbNation!!
