I think I'm allergic to my family

Every single time I come home my allergies come back. I get all sniffly and sneezy and my eyes won't stay open. Last night I hardly slept because my chest was tight and I could hardly breathe. I was kind of afraid to go to sleep. It can't just be dust in my room because my room in Guelph was pretty dusty and I never reacted like this. Every single time this happens here! And today a woman brought her dog into the shoe store (honestly, people, your dog? In a store?) and that made my allergies explode.
Right now I have a fever and my mum's forcing me to bed early and to sleep in late. What is it here that makes me so horribly congested? But mum is determined to mother me and I think moreso than usual because I'll be gone in a couple of months. But I can handle it. It means more hugs and my mum's nice and squishy and made for comforting hugs. :D

- Pearl Harbour the movie disturbs me.
- I really dislike Tom Cruise.
- One of the four Canadian soldiers who were killed in Afghanistan? One was from my home county! I went to high school with kids from Wingham. Soldier buried in Wingham.
- I work more than 90 days this summer and some stretches are 7 days in a row or more. And I work every single Friday, Saturday and Sunday all summer! Not a single weekend off! *shudder* Not that I do anything, but it's daunting!
- I sold my first 3 pairs of shoes at work today. The first pair was Birkenstocks which is appropriate :D Second was a pair of Converse no-tie low chucks and the last was a pair of Naots to a really finicky woman. I should keep a full tally of the number of shoes I've sold over the summer.
- There are Clarks, New Balance and Rockport company promotions on right now at work. Yay for extra money for selling those shoes!
- Cheryl's asked me to turn on/off the music in the bandstand every day for the BIA. And to put together some new cds for them because right now their music seems to be all Mantovani and Moon River. I like Moon River, especially Audrey Hepburn and Frank Sinatra's versions, but all in moderation. But that's beside the point, I'll make $250 for putting on the music for 4 months. Not too shabby for 10 minutes of my time per day.
- I got 82% in my Classical Mythology class! Ha! I win at classics despite hating the class itself the entire year. That also means I got 87% on the exam. ... *snerk* I knew I killed it, but not that well. I killed it dead.
- 79% in Spoken French even after the exam and the presentation that I didn't get a mark back for.
- My management mark went down a couple of percent, which I was expecting, but it still sucks after getting 95% and 93% for the group presentation that we rocked. I hate that man's exams. Ah well, I still did ok.
- I pulled my average up 4 points from last semester. While 74% isn't stellar, it's better. I'd have 77% if it wasn't for my biomed class, but that's ok. My highschool self is kicking my university self.
- I have ridiculous love for e-mail allerts for comments. I've never been so on the ball! (In case you ever wondered how I could reply minutes after comments have come in.)
- Il Divo! Sorry, but I can't have an Il Divo-less post! I'm such a nut! And I'm never going to stop giggling over this dancing/air guitar Urs icon. chrissycakes_xx wins for fueling my obsession.
