Tonight I made curry using S&B Golden Curry sauce mix. I put the curry mix in a large pan and added water over low heat. Then I added veggies -- carrots, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, butternut squash, and peas. I also added some extra firm tofu, which I'd drained beforehand.
