I discovered relatively recently that there is a national preserve in the Berkeley hills that is only 1.3 miles from my house, and I've been meaning to explore it some nice day. I finally went. I biked up the hill to the park entrance (mostly not *too* steep, but still a good would have been a tough workout if I'd kept biking at that grade). ( Read more... )
