so it's been a while

i know i've been horribley bad about updating this since brian came to visit and i've gotten back to the states. long story short, my last week in shanghai was awesome (except for 2 days of the shits) and it was fun being a tour guide to brian while making fun of his chinese skills. for a good story, i'll tell you about melvin the lobster later. the flight back went pretty quickly and we got thru customs with all our DVDs and other illegal goods with no prob.

since then i've gone back and forth to milwaukee twice (thats where i am now, brian just left, boo) and had an otherwise uneventful couple of weeks. i'm looking for jobs here and there, and now that brian is in indianapolis i'm not sure where i want to be - since i really don't want to find a good job there and be stuck when he gets either reassigned or quits before december. ugh. i'd be willing to take suggestions (and no i'm not going back to shanghai, sorry guys). and if you know anyone who's hiring, gimme a shout!

oh man, and i desperately need to start working out again, i rollerbladed once when i got home and i got a blister and a sore leg.. man i'm old. sigh.

ok, now i must decide what's for dinner. thought you should know because you're really interested and all. :)
