Well, I am back from the vision conference in Florida, and as most of you have heard, it was pretty sweet. I am not really sure what I'll say in my lab meeting on Monday when we talk about what we got out of/learned from the conference... So, because my birthday is May 6, which is always a really lovely time of year to be outside, but a really crappy time of year to be a student, I am used to being frustrated and and stressed and depressed and studying and alone on my birthday because even if I plan ahead, there is never anyone around who wants to take any time off to celebrate.
