Transitional...
So, my last day of work was Friday. I was acutally really sad, those kids are awesome and I am going to miss them. I worked with the teens this summer, which furthered my interest in teaching middle school. The weekend gave me a quick break and today I took the next step toward becoming a teacher. Orientation was today, the internship and classes which will be consuming my life the next year were discussed. For as nervous as I was before the meeting, I felt much better after. I am prepared to do well and put as much time in as necessary to put myself in a good position to get a job, and furthermore, to be an awesome teacher. Looking back on my school days, there were a few awesome teachers, a few horrible ones, and mostly just mediocre ones. I want to stand out.....
