Life and it being the way it is
So, I realized that I don't make a lot of money compared to everyone else that I work with.
It sucks, it hurts.
I accepted the pay because I thought (at the time) that it was reasonable.
Now I realize that my employees probably make as much as I do.
Anyways, it just sucks and I am just trying to figure out what to do next...
