Festival of the Tree Trip - try # 2
I just applied electronically for the Jennie Thomas Travelling Art Honours Scholarship. This is a travel scholarship, which if I get it would give me $A 2500. I still have to provide a portfolio of my work and a one page submission about why and where I want to go, and also attend an interview

Even if you don't get the scholarship, let's still talk -- we might be able to scrape together plane fare for you, especially if you book early enough to get a cheap fare. Ideally, it would be great to get you to Palenville in time for Canna Intrat, which we'll be celebrating the weekend before the main one....

Problems with Scholarship

I've hit a big snag with the scholarship. Entries CLOSE on the 14th March! I still have to have an interview after that, so with the timing, I can't see how I can possibly get to the USA by the 18th.

I'm still following up VISA information - something else I need to get to Palenville. Been doing a search for information on this and it's been hard to find. I will be phoning the consulate today.
