Feeling Fucked

I walked Pegasus this morning. On the walk I just kept thinking about the incident on Friday, and I just broke down crying. I just feel broken and lost (again).

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about what happened! How horrible and demeaning, especially when you were feeling unwell. Have you sent your complaint letter yet? Please feel free to email it to me at ms.cate@gmail.com if you'd like me to read through and make revisions if appropriate. I work at a university as an advocate and could easily do this.
