Merry Christmas everyone!
I just wanted to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I love you all and I pray that all of your wishes and prayers come true.
And please be careful when you are out driving. Phil called last night on the way to get his mom from the airport saying that it took him an hour to get from exit 89 (where he lives) to exit 11! Then he sat in that spot for 2 more hours because 2 18-wheelers lost control and either hit each other or just off the road or blocked it (i can't remember). So PLEASE be careful.
I am so looking forward to spending time with my family. This is the longest I have been home in a year believe it or not (i mean i come home on weekends, but this visit will be about a week long). Mama pointed that out last night.
Yesterday I recieved a letter and wedding invitation from my friend Tavia in Brazil. I can't believe she is getting married. She really wants me to be there, but lets face it - Jan. 8 is not too far away and I just simply do not have that kind of money. I am going to send her a gift and give her a call today.
Well that is all I have for today. Going to a Christmas Eve service with the family tonight, then out to eat.
