(no subject)
Jeez...I just realized I haven't posted in...a month. Hopefully, now that Jason's got a cable modem at his apartment I'll be posting more....cuz it is really...good...to post on here and get my thoughts out.
Anyway....jeez...what's happened in the last month? Well Jason's got an apartment with Rachel. It's been almost a month and things seem to be going well. I do practically live at his apartment...he's still putting up with me....amazingly enough. I think it's just the fact that I do have someplace that is mine to go to if I need to. I usually go home on Thursdays and most of Fridays (my days off) to just chill out. Mike Shockley usually comes over on Thursday nights for Creeky goodness. :) All is well.
I've been on vacation this past week....which has been really, really nice. It was about time to just have time off. Jason and I spent Monday through Thursday in Gatlinburg. We rented a cabin down there and that was very nice. The cabin did have a hot tub, unfortunately it didn't work for about half the time we were down there and then most of the rest of the time it was raining (the hottub was outside). Oh well though, we still had a really great time. We saw the aquarium down there which is fairly new and that was really fun. I got the shit scared out of me at the haunted house there in Gatlinburg. Whatever possessed me to go in that place to begin with is beyond me....but I made it out... obviously. :)
We drove home yesterday only to find that it's cold and that the snow still hasn't melted. At least while we were in Tennessee it wasn't too cold. Oh well....such is life.
Tomorrow it's back to work at 5 am. That's gonna be really fun. We can't all be lazy all the time. But I have missed some of the people though so it'll be good to get back to work.
