Trumpets blared in a traditional grand and symphonic fashion as a group of maximals entered a crowded waiting room with an old TV that had just started airing the six o clock news. Nocturnus flew in circles around the water, keeping an eye out for approaching predacons. He hated the situation. The were in the middle of the water so he had no cover and it was the middle of the daytime so he had no invisibility. It was so against his preferred style of combat. He tried to take a deep breath and remind himself that sometimes things just don't go according to plan, when suddenly a great white shark came shooting up out of the water below him like a thundering jet.

Before the owl could react, big mouth and already torn off one of the owl's legs. Nocturnus screamed in pain. Yeah, everything was definitely not going as planned. Luckily, the feet of his owl form weren't essential to his robot form and he could still fight.

"Nocturnus...MAXAMIZE!" he shouted at the top of his lungs as his wings folded behind of him and his robot arms and legs folded out from his torso. Wasting no time, he grabbed what was left of his owl leg in mid air and removed the four metal hooks of his owl claws. Before Big-Mouth dive back down to the safe deeps and prepare another attack, Nocturnus had already launched his weapons at the shark.

And that's when a sniper rifle round pieced Linon's shoulder.

((Dr. Hysterics is there two, he was pulled underwater by Bigmouth and will rise from the water next turn to fight. I suppose I need to to tell you the enemy abilities now.

Bigmouth
Long Range: Harpoon Gun (can be used as hook shot) in one hand unfolding from tail fin
Close Range: Shark head in one hand acts as claw and vice grip.
Accessory: Can dig in soft ground like he's swimming while in robot form, making him to attack from under any target he wants.

Dr Hysterics
Long Range: Sound Wave gun. This doesn't do as much damage as bullets, but it makes up for that by having a much wider range of attack that's hard to dodge and hits multiple people. Besides, sound is faster then bullets. attack sound like laughter.
Close Range: Gauntlets and boots with many large spikes.
Accessory: Excessive Tech/history/combat knowledge. Seriously, this guy can't be outrightly fooled in combat :P))

(What if I did not WANT to be on the ship. What if I wanted to be in the woods setting up a position. Jesus, the assumptions ;) Though I am somewhat serious. Also bullets can go faster then sound (At least some sniper rounds can. They are called supersonic rounds.)

((Well then, fine. You were in the woods setting up a position. Tuskinator got hit instead and now he's seriously wounded. You fire off a round into the shark's hide while I launch my metal rings. This reveals your position to Dr. Hysterics who hits you with a sound wave (which may or may not hit you faster then bullets, either way it's faster then a Maximal ;) ) and shatters a bunch of your internal circuits. You guys describe all that otherwise I've posted so much that this is basically writing a fanfic.

And I have to assume if you don't tell me where you are ^^;. Otherwise I have to be like, "Long-Slash fired a round to where ever Linon was while Tuskinator stood on top of that thing looking over there."))
