Trust in the force
Everyone goes through hard times. Times that we never believed we could ever possibly live through. But we did live through them. We survived. When confronted with difficult times in the future, remember the difficult times of the past and realize that you have survived and will continue to survive.
My ex was granted 2 two week intervals of visitation this summer. I don't know how I am going to last two weeks without seeing my son. But I survived the every other weekend visitation and I know I can get through summer visitation. It will be hard and I will shed a lot of tears but I can do it.
Everyone just needs to believe in their own personal force and let it guide them through the bad times.
