I made a Chocolate Cake today- from scratch with of course REAL frosting. 
Greg had Betty Crocker frosting in the refrigerator.

Bryce: "I tried it. It tastes like crap! How old is that stuff?"

I told him that it was not old.  That is how it really tastes.

"I guess that's because I've had the real thing."

Bryce has been asleep all day.  He could not be roused for anything. Mandy came running in when he got up about 10 minutes ago hollering for me to see him quick.

He is now at least 1/2 inch taller than he was yesterday.  He is claiming an inch.  He can reach higher things.
He looks thinner too. 
The growth spurt has begun

Who knew?  Bryce is crazy for Creedence Clearwater Revival.  He begged me to get "Up Around The Bend"  and when he heard others on iTunes he went slightly beserk- his wording.  We ended up getting the entire Chronicle- 20 Greatest Hits Album. I swear I am going to go broke over iTunes.

Bryce has matching bruises from the Elmers glue Penicillan he received in the buttocks- said like Forrest Gump. He is slowly recovering. Mandy hurt her ankle. Bryce helped me finish up the bread making project this afternoon. He rolled it out and lovingly shaped a loaf. White bread is a big deal in our home. As in I have never made it for them.
