So I just came back from what turned out to be a 15K run (I ran 5K laps just in case). My ankle hurt really badly around kilometre 4 and after that it got tolerable and then it vanished (or gave up).
Either the injury isn't so bad after all or I'm really, really stupid. We shall see tomorrow.
