Interval training.
+ At dusk, in a park.
= Running through mosquito clouds at high speed with my mouth open argh I swallowed at least three and caught a fourth. With my eye. Sorry mosquitoes :( (There were other people running through the same mosquito clouds, but I flailed best! Up until sprint no. 10, after which I ran home.
There are a lot of off-the-leash dogs in said park, and I disapprove. *is a spießer*
I also got a late birthday present in the mail! And such an awesome one, too! It's a book full of sheet music of jazz standards for piano & voice. Which I will go play now (if I ever manage to get up from the couch; this is your body after interval training.)
