Time again for one of those lengthy train-of-thought (or train crash?) posts. Bearing in mind the esoteric nature of the discussion, the tedium, and the subject matter, it's behind cuts, some words altered to avoid spam-filters, though I'm leaving it open to all... for the moment at least.
