It's really great when you see someone you haven't seen in years and it feels like there was no time lost.  I mean, clearly you've grown and changed and had experiences that have shaped who you are now - but the friendship is still as natural as ever

enjoy the bridal magazines now...what i've discovered is, as fun as daydreaming about wedding planning is when it's off in the future some time, it is a nightmare when you're planning one for real (well, parts are ok. but the overall experience is more stressful than fun and girly).

I believe you. At least I'll be on the helping-plan-as-much-as-I-can-but-it's-not-actually-my-wedding side for this one. Get some first-handish experience before my own!
