Saw an absolutely killer production of that play at the Alley in Houston several years ago, so I'm looking forward to seeing how Abigail manages here. :D
Holy carps, I REMEMBER BEING IN THIS PLAY IN HIGH SCHOOL. I was John and Abigail was a creepy cheerleader who tried to talk like it was a porno the entire time. "I been waitin' for ya, John." ...... ;__;
Fun story times in celebration (I think?) of Abigail Williams.
When I moved into my first apartment with my roomies, we had pretty much nothing. No couch, no cable, no internet...nothing. So we sat on the floor of our living room and read from The Crucible. Eventually my roommate from Rhode Island turned Abigail into a southern belle. It was weird.
Also. Reverend Hale's voice in the 1996 version is. the. best.
Also also. I am going to make so many Giles Corey jokes now. (your argument is flatter than Giles Corey, etc.)

HE IS ALSO REALLY PISSED HE'S MISSING THIS. Both Snape and The Crucible-ness.
Have a patrician icon. No, seriously, why do I still have these?

11-12 will just be clueless about her, like he is about Judas or Iago.
