Official Move to DW, Links, and Crossposting
Since the official decision has been made to move the game, we initially asked that everyone try to keep IC posting going on LJ until the move was complete. With over 50 characters ready to go over on DW, though, and with several people who just plain can't post over here on LJ, it's been requested that we tentatively begin IC posting, over on DW.
If you decide to do this, help your fellow players with the transition! How can you do that? A way to start would be to comment here, to this post, with a link to your DW posts.
People who have yet to begin the move over, DW has stated they're keeping code-free account creation open for a while longer, at least a couple more weeks. We expect to have the move complete by the end of the week, and news about applications will be up soon.
The relevant communities to join are lastvoyages, lastvoyagesooc, lastvoyageslogs, and the spam community tlvgreatesthitsdw.
Please check the lists on the Friend Add page to make certain we've got your names right and that your characters are listed. All questions and comments can be posted here, and again, please link your IC posts here!
(For those wondering about the community imports, we intend to bring over at least the logs community, in full. HOWEVER, DW does not yet have imports open for communities that have over 100,000 comments, which after 3 years of posting, definitely includes TLV's logs community. The entries are there, but not the comments yet. We ask for your patience, but we promise we'll get them when we can.)
