Who: Will & Richie
What: Saying goodbyes and possibly inspirational parting words.
Where: Richie's cabin.
When: Early evening.
Notes: None I can think of! Swearing. That's an obvious one.
Will wasn't the sort to announce his exit over the network. It felt too... impersonal, too cowardly. If he was going to bail out on his inmate - and that's exactly how he thought of it, no getting around it - then the least he could do is meet with him a final time.
Maybe it was pointless, maybe it'd worsen Richie's relationship with his next warden. Sure that was the pessimistic way to look at it, and it was possible both of those would be true. But, he could also try and be optimistic here. Try being the key term there.
