OOC: So as I said, Felix is being intro-ed during the breach. In Very Special Episode world he is still Lieutenant Felix Gaeta: an Air Force navigator, who lost his leg to an IED overseas a few years ago. Since his return, he's fallen on hard times, and is now homeless. You've probably seen him around, panhandling and being increasingly pissed at the world and such.
He also has a communicator because... reasons.
