Lightning bugs.
Well, that was certainly an improvement from last time he tried that spell. "Come, minions!" he said to them and they obediently followed, flashing their lightning bottoms as they did.
"What a lovely celebration!" he called out, waving his arms around in an attempt to get someone's attention. "Why didn't I receive an invitation? I most certainly have deserved one! And all of this lovely food?! Surely you didn't expect to keep me out of it all." He flicked his magic wand towards some of the chairs from the ceremony. It goes flying and sails into a tree.
YES! It worked. This made him happy.

Of all the people he'd invited, there had been one who had been explicitly kept from the guest list. The Tuckers (and to a lesser extent, the Elves) were pretty casual about who they were friends with and forgiveness and all that, but the one person they didn't like? Was Moriarty.
And as apparently his siblings and parents were otherwise occupied, he walked over to address the sorcerer.
"You weren't invited."

He was truly evil.
"Of course not! But you can't keep me from a celebration, Charles."

Then she got wind of this wedding. Curious more than anything, Seven decided to bring her observations there. As a result, decked in a simple dress, she arrived at the reception area.]

Hello, [she said when she spotted Seven.] Have you been enjoying yourself?
