After a few long moments which consisted mostly of standing back up (which wasn't exactly easy considering how sore she felt), Amanda opened the door to see the T'Pol and Howie standing there. It had taken them long enough; how much time had passed since Clapet's game? And even after all that time, she needed to prompt them to confiscate her supplies! She dearly wanted to laugh at their incompetence--something she refrained from doing in order to spare her healing ribcage.

Needless to say, there would be no fighting this time. Not that she wanted to, anyway.

"It's about time," she said, and settled her back against the door frame, arms crossed lightly. The other two would be able to walk past her and enter so long as they went single-file.

She wondered, idly, if this was really how they allowed things to function here; when even the inmates knew that they were - sometimes quite literally - getting away with murder, how could they do their jobs? A ship needed a captain, T'Pol thought, one who would have the final say in all matters, for the sake of productivity and safety. One who would be involved in their lives and duties, unlike the Admiral.

"If you would step into the hall," she told Amanda. It wasn't as if privacy was of particular concern, here. And T'Pol didn't particularly care for the way her position at the door still gave her control in the situation.
