After he'd learned that it was indeed possible that his father was from a different place in time than he was, Fraser was at first surprised, and then mildly horrified. Here he'd been making an ass of himself blathering away at the poor man about things he knew nothing about- clearly, Fraser owed his father an apology. Given that the elder Fraser seemed to have logged out of the network, Fraser was going to need to find him in person. Data had kindly provided him with what Fraser now could deduce was his father's room number, and that seemed like the logical first place for Fraser to look.
He stood outside that door now, stetson in hand. Taking a deep breath and straightening his lanyard, Fraser finally knocked on the door.
