Cissie hadn't been ready to join in the tai-chi. Call it perfectionism--she wasn't ready to see just how terrible her control of this body was yet. It was maybe also a little stubborn on her part. She wasn't willing to do things that were important to her, because she didn't want to think about having to learn how to do them as a man. She was clinging to the idea that this would wear off, and doing her level best to stay calm and cool about it. All she had to do was wait it out.

Waiting it out was killing her. The one thing she always did to calm herself and clear her mind was shooting, and she couldn't shoot like this. Men and women had different archery equipment for a reason, and her bow would feel wrong. And she just wasn't ready to face that particular identity crisis.

So she made her way onto the deck in hopes of maybe at least watching the others, and meeting Jubilee. She seemed to get how Cissie was feeling--and she knew Tim. Cissie couldn't help being curious.

Argh! Giving up! Meditations sucked when she didn't have her music - down in her cabin - and she could not make herself sit right! Alright,being able to run around without a shirt was nice, but that was about it. Sighing, she shifted to sit tailor fashion and leaned back on her hands.

"Oh, hey." She said. "You missed tai-chi." Jubilee said.

"Oh well." Cissie smiled and came closer. She shrugged. "I was hoping to watch, anyway. Maybe next time." She held out a hand in greeting. "I'm Cissie."

Jubilee grinned and shook the hand. "Jubilee." She waved at the deck where she was sitting. "Pull up some deck, and pop a squat dude."

Aha! "So you're the infamous Jubilee," Cissie grinned and plunked herself down next to her. "It's nice to meet you in person."

"Infamous?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. "Don't believe anything Tim told you about me." Jubilee winked. "I totally let him win."

Cissie laughed. "He hasn't actually told me anything yet, but now I'm going to have to ask him."

"Nuts, now I gave all the fun bits away." Jubilee teased. "So how's the boat treating you?" She wrinkled her nose. "Save for the whole man thing. Which better totally end soon."

Cissie smirked. "I still want to hear the story. Maybe I should get it from you. Tim isn't the biggest talker." Which was sometimes an understatement, but Cissie also wanted to know exactly what Jubilee knew about Tim. She didn't think she was talking about chess. She wrinkled her nose a little. "I'm so ready to be a girl again. Otherwise, so far, so good. I've been mainly just laying low and trying to get the feel of things. How about you?"

Jubilee laughed. "Trust me, not that exciting." She said dryly. "And I feel you on wanting to be a girl. Ugh. I mean, walking around all bare chested and not having to worry about a bra were totally cool for about thirty seconds." She shook her head. "As for everything else? Eh, been hanging with the Elf, and Bobby, and trying not to climb the walls." She winked. "Teasing Tim seems to be a new favoured pastime. Who knew?"

"Trust me, it won't get old any time soon," Cissie replied with a grin. "Teasing Tim, that is. I will never complain about a bra again, I promise. Are there a lot of people here from where you live?"

"Me either on the bras." Jubilee shook her head. "And yeah, I got that feeling about Tim. He just makes it easy ya know?" Another bright grin.

"There's... three." Might as well be honest. "Kurt Wagner, also called the Elf and Bobby Drake, are Wardens, like me, and then..." A deep breath. "Victor Creed, an inmate is also from my world." Sorta. Jubilee decided not to get into timelines and all that right now.

"I subscribe to the theory that we tease the ones we care about," Cissie said with a grin. "But it's definitely more fun when the person being teased is so serious all the time."

She nodded, listening. She caught the hesitation and looked at her curiously. "Yeah? Is he one of those people I should be avoiding if possible?"

"Oh god yes." Finally! Someone who understood. "Teasing the serious ones keeps them honest." Jubilee had a feeling her and Cessie were going to have a blast.

Jubilee grimaced. "Creed shouldn't even be here." She said, softly. "I mean, I guess he can be redeemed." Why was she weakening against Creed? "But it's just... Yeah, avoid him at all costs if you can. And if you can't." Jubilee looked up at Cessie. "Make him believe you're a little kid. It sounds stupid, but do it, and it might save your life."

"Exactly!"

Cissie listened carefully, nodding. Jubilee was obviously very serious about this, and she intended to listen; she was the one with the experience. "Okay. He won't hurt kids, then?"

Jubilee shook her head. "He'll torture them, psychologically, and he'll make you believe things, and you'll never forget him, but he won't hurt or kill a kid." She shrugged. "I don't know why, but I've shot him, with a tranq gun, before, and he still won't hurt me."

She smiled crookedly. "Don't worry, you'll know him. He's huge, with blonde hair and usually a cigar in his teeth." Another shrug. "Doubt he'll cause too much trouble here. He knows how to play the game."

A deep breath. "Okay, enough about Sabes, tell me all about how you know Tim." She grinned.
